Los Angeles 2005, as more and more resources are diverted from local law enforcement to the big leagues of anti-terrorism, the “normal” criminals get bolder and bolder. In order to keep a lid on the problem, a inter-agency task force is assembled to pool resources in the hunt for the states most wanted criminals. the Task Force goes after the worst of the worst, multiple murderers, major drugs dealers, repeat paedophiles and serial rapists. The Top 100 list is compiled by the US Marshalls Service, which also oversees the task force.
